Refunds  & Cancellations

Workshops & Clubs

We do not offer refunds and cancellations on our workshops and clubs if you cancel, this is due to the fact we require a minimum number of attendees in order for our workshops/club to run.  We will where possible offer you an alternative date/workshop for you to attend instead.

If Government guidance changes with regards to us being able to run workshops and clubs and means we have to cancel the session, where possible we will offer you an alternative/postponed date.  If you are unable to make this or we are unable to provide an alternative, a full refund will be given. 

If we have to cancel a session due to not enough attendees a full refund will be given or an alternative date put in place.

Craft Parties

Our refund policy for parties is always the same.  All party deposits are non-refundable.  You may cancel a party up to two weeks before the party at no additonal charge.  Cancellations after this time will be charged in full, as we have to purchase and prepare in advance to the party.
